Flight Certificates

Flight certificates expire one year after purchase. Extensions are available for an additional fee. Rides must be paid in full prior to a ride certificate being issued. Only AZ Air Ventures-issued certificates are accepted; altered certificates are void and will void the original purchase.

Refund Policy

A $30 booking fee per person is non-refundable. Any payment made, minus the $30 per person booking fee, is refundable within 30 days of the first transaction date (the date the credit card transaction was posted or the date the check was deposited by AZ Air Ventures, LLC.). After 30 days, no refund is available. Non-expired ride certificates are transferable by notifying AZ Air Ventures.

Cancellation Policy

Balloon rides must be cancelled at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled ride. Failure to cancel prior to 48 hours will forfeit any ride certificates, and full payment will be charged on any balances still owed. Rides scheduled for more than one person must all be cancelled. Riders must arrive on time at the designated meeting location. If a rider is more than 15 minutes late, the ride certificate and/or payments made may be forfeited and full payment may be charged on any balances still owed. Flights cancelled by AZ Air Ventures due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances will be rescheduled and are not grounds for a refund.
